I first got hearing aids from them 9 years ago and I recently got a new pair again. Both times I received good service. Over the years they have done a good job of addressing my hearing needs. Their hearing specialists could be a bit gentler on my hearing aids at times. Once they broke a hearing aid wire, which they were able to replace the same day thankfully. Jessica at the reception desk has always been friendly and great to work with scheduling appointments.

I really didn’t want to get hearing aids, and I certainly didn’t expect to like them. If you want the best possible experience getting tested for and purchasing hearing aids, you need to consider contacting Hear Well Be Well. The process was easy, they obviously have a handle on all the technology needed to make sure you need them and then to fine-tune them for your specific needs. Kadanna, the Hearing Specialist, made all the complicated tech stuff understandable and left me feeling comfortable with my decision. The entire staff was outstanding. The London location was closest for me, but they have numerous stores in Southern Ontario. Check them out!
