I am writing this on behalf of my Spouse as she is not Computer friendly. My Dear Wife was a little apprehensive about going for any type of hearing exam and test, until she heard from different people in Meaford who had the procedure down, and were raving about their pleasant experience. My wife attended for her appointment and was pleasantly surprised how gentle the procedure was. Most of all, my wife was impressed with how friendly and professional the staff were, helping her, and informing her of the whole procedure as it progressed. In the end, I was so impressed with my wife's experience and under her recommendation I have made an appointment for myself.

RIP OFF. They have a monopoly in small towns and are gouging and taking advantage of us. Through "Hear Well Be Well" my hearing aids were $8-9k depending on eligibility for the government off set of $1000. If you are able go to COSTCO. EVERY BIT AS GOOD - ALL THE SAME OPTIONS $2-2.5k. Don't be fleeced by these people.

Right from the beginning the ladies on reception as well as the technicians have been great! They are friendly, knowledgeable and treat you with respect and a dose of good humour. No question is too dumb and they are ready to help whenever it is needed. Everyone gets the amount of time they need so sitting and waiting a few extra minutes is no bother because you know you will get the time you need as well. I love my hearing aids!

Shannon-Lee provides you with first class service and her knowledge of products and procedures at Hear Well be Well is shared with complete alacrity. During the hearing test and follow up appointments you are treated with patience and everything is clearly explained by their professional staff. You feel comfortable and not pressured or rushed,with plenty of opportunity to ask as many questions as you wish. I do not hesitate at all to recommend the Hear Well be Well in Meaford !!
