Dr. Paula's care was like a miracle, truly excellent. I felt like I'd been reborn. Most importantly for me, since I speak little Spanish, she is very kind and fun. I am very happy and satisfied with her care, as is Miss Melanie, who was also very kind and helpful, from the moment I contacted her via email until I arrived at the clinic for my appointment.I am very grateful.

I just spontaneously stopped in. To ask a quick question about what I may have done to my ear drum. If they thought I should contact my doctor about it. John ( the owner) met me and asked i wait just a second, while he finished up with a client. He then came out with his light scope tool. He actually took the time to take a quick look for me. Really above and such. He told me upfront, my condition and gave me the advice I needed. I am very thankful. He didn't need to do this. I was just a walk in, wanting their advice. A nobody. But I was treated like a friend. This is definitely a business I think people should support. I will. Not just because I may need specialized skills in the future. Lol Seriously. Great experience. 5⭐

I can't say enough about my experience with this business. I needed to have a hearing test done one year ago and had many choices as to where to go. I am so pleased that I decided to go with Hear Well Be Well in Alliston. I absolutely love the two women, Leanne and Sadia the audioolgist. They both are very friendly, outgoing and so willing to make me, the client, feel comfortable and at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them. It is a real pleasure to see, talk and have them look after me. My husband goes with me to my appointments and he feels the same way I do. I had my one year check up today and I don't need to go back for another year. I will make a point of dropping by HWBW just to say hi to Leanne and Sadia. I was also told today to call them anytime if I have a problem with my hearing aids. I love this place and recommend them to anyone who requires a hearing test or hearing aids. They have very competitive pricing too. I promise you, you will be more than satisfied with them.
