My husband Bob asked me to write this for him. He says that his hearing is just great now while talking on the phone, or when in a crowd and talking directly to people. He can now hear the correct words and sentences and doesn't have to ask others constantly to repeat what they are saying. The Hear Well, Be Well employees he worked with at the Gravenhurst office were very knowledgeable and very good at explaining how it all works, and made sure that he was satisfied with the way he is hearing everything now. They were excellent to deal with.
