Hello, I want to share my concerns. I went to have my hearing tested here. They were very attentive and courteous and I believe did a good job. They said that I had mild hearing loss in both ears (one was very mild) and that i needed two hearing aids, recommended ones being $8,000. They said that hearing aids would have significantly reduce the speed of hearing loss in the future, and that it would reduce the tinnitus. I was shocked and went to Costco the following week (about 4 days later). Again I had my ears tested. The graphs looked the same. They said that I had mild hearing loss in one ear not two. They said that they did not recommend hearing aids. They said that hearing aids would do nothing to slow down the hearing loss. They said that the hearing aids would mask the tinnitus but would not have any impact on how far the tinnitus escalated. They said that the hearing loss was in a high pitch and that conversation was in a lower pitch - hence little impact on my ability to hear conversations. They said that there was no benefit in treating it and nothing to be gained and recommended I come back in 2 years. I am writing this because I am concerned that this is a business intent on selling hearing aids, and that there is a significant concern that vulnerable people are being 'sold' hearing aids that they do not need and which cost a lot of money. If you are reading this then I recommend you go to Costco and get your ears tested for free and hear what they have to say. They are not pushing to see expensive hearing aids. Buyer beware

I suck! I meant to do this review a month ago when I left the clinic but it completely slipped my mind. With that said, their service is SO GOOD, that I randomly remembered that I wanted to share my fantastic experience A MONTH LATER. I had the pleasure of having the expertise of Becca and the assistance of Christine when booking, rescheduling, and carrying through with my appointment. Any question you may have is answered and they always find a solution. This created a transferable experience opposed to a transactional one. They make you feel like you’ve known them for years and therefore, you can trust them with all of your ear needs. Thank you Guys! You rock! Sorry for my delay in writing this!
