The care and professionalism we experienced on our visits to Hear Well Be Well in Bracebridge were of the highest level. We really felt that we were in very capable hands and that that really enjoyed their jobs. Their bottom line was to give the customer the best care and advice they could. We left feeling our hearing, now and in the future, is in very good hands.

I had a hearing test and audiology evaluation with Deanne Zoldi at the HearWell BeWell hearing clinic in Bracebridge. It was an excellent experience. Deanne was very friendly, pleasant, and patient. I can't say enough about how kind and caring she was, as well as being very helpful and thorough in the tests involved. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a hearing assessment.

About a month ago my husband had his hearing checked the first time ever. A friend had recommended Hear Well Be Well. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Bill found out that he needed hearing aids which he received shortly. Everything was a very pleasant experience with lots of smiles. Now Bill is enjoying to discover a whole new part of his life and our relationship. We are both so thrilled. I made an appointment now as well, with Hear Well Be Well Bracebridge, of course.

Wow! All around great service, I called the Bracebridge office enquiring about ear wax removal. Unfortunately they could not get me an appointment due to lack of certification due to Covid. I later called the Huntsville …

Wow! All around great service, I called the Bracebridge office enquiring about ear wax removal. Unfortunately they could not get me an appointment due to lack of certification due to Covid. I later called the Huntsville office and recognized I was speaking with Allison that I had spoken to at the Bracebridge office. She informed me the Huntsville office was in the same predicament. She offered some solutions to help with build up of earwax that I could try at home. A week or so later I received a call from Allison stating she had a cancellation and would I like to be seen for earwax removal the following Monday? I went in to the office in Bracebridge for my appointment today and I couldn’t be happier. I saw Danielle Wilson and she provided a lot of information and she managed to clear my ear of wax! Like night and day, I feel so much better! I felt very comfortable, Danielle explained every step of the process. I am very impressed with the level of service I received from both Allison and Danielle. I would definitely recommend Hear Well Be Well! Life does sound so good!!!
