Veronica quickly identified that I had a lot of wax buildup and explained everything clearly as she took care of it. I recently got fitted for my new hearing aids and they work perfectly and I can't even tell if I am wearing them!! It is so nice not to say; "Pardon" all day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is also spotless! I can imagine winning the gift basket and hearing the crunch when opening the basket.
