I had a hearing test today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Peter was absolutely fantastic — very helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process and explain all of my options in detail, making everything easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient and professional he was throughout. Today I had the pleasure of having my hearing tested by Peter. I cannot say enough about this positive , rewarding experience. Peter was professional, patient, informative, kind and funny to boot. I feel like I have a very comprehensive understanding of my hearing loss. I knew I had hearing issues, and I found this office because of the positive reviews. Peter took the time to explain every step of the process and showed comparisons ( with and without aids). I am so grateful. Thank you to Peter and staff for a great service!!! Exceptional staff!!!! Megan was my first point of contact and she is lovely. I called on short notice and she was able accommodate me as my schedule is very tight. Peter is who helped me with the removal of ear wax and answered all of my silly questions with relieving and sometimes humorous responses.
