I have been to this Hear Well Be Well, Mount Forest, clinic many times since I required testing and hearing aids. Emily and Cathy have always treated me kindly and professionally. No question is too small for them and they always have time for me. I have never had to wait long for an appointment and, at each appointment, any issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic to anyone ready to check their hearing.

My late spouse increasingly began to complain that he had to repeat himself many times. I really did not notice; my hearing loss was so gradual and subtle. Last year it became evident to me that my brother seemed to be mumbling when we would be driving in the car. I could not make out the words. He also mentioned that I seemed to always have the TV on very loud. I realized that perhaps I did have some hearing loss, although I was reluctant to have my hearing tested. My father had severe hearing loss, but never went for a hearing test. His reason was that most of his friends complained about their hearing aids, and they rarely used them. I decided to at least have my hearing tested since it was increasingly evident that I some hearing issues, and it was becoming socially awkward. Hear Well Be Well was the brochure that came in the mail. The brochure was attractive, informative, and offered a free hearing test. I am so very glad that I went. The staff is very friendly, very professional, and made one feel totally at ease. The hearing test was an "eye opener." I discovered just how severe my hearing loss was, and I noticed the difference immediately between listening with hearing aids, and listening without hearing aids. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I could hardly wait to get my hearing aids and hear better! The cost was not prohibitive. It included follow-up visits, supplies, cleaning, and adjustments to the "volume" of the hearing aids as I became accustomed to using them. I can truly say that after eight months I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. They are comfortable, not obvious, and I have several settings to choose from depending on my listening environment. The staff at Hear Well Be Well is outstanding in client care, and to be commended. I am very grateful. I highly recommend Hear Well Be Well to everyone.
