I am absolutely appalled at the care my father received at this hearing aid office. While the wonderful admin was incredibly helpful, another staff member’s behaviour was shocking and heartbreaking to hear about. She repeatedly dismissed my father’s actual experiences and concerns regarding his hearing aids, which have caused him pain due to sensitivity and volume issues. Sadly, this has occurred on multiple occasions, hence the review. The clear lack of empathy shown by this team member toward a vulnerable patient is truly appalling.
